B. Consignment & Customs Data
- Package weight, physical dimensions, declared commercial value, and item contents description.
- Commercial invoices, packaging slips, and retail purchase receipts.
- Government identity proofs (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport) and GSTIN/IEC code where mandated by Indian Customs and state tax authorities for air cargo or international transit.
C. Payment & Transaction Records
- Payment method elected (UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Card, COD).
- Transaction reference numbers, payment status, and timestamp.
- Zero Sensitive Storage: CTC Cargo never collects, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or Netbanking passwords on our servers. All transactions are securely routed through RBI-licensed payment gateways.
D. Technical & Browsing Data
- Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser version, and operating system.
- Session logs, timestamped access records, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and local storage data for cart state preservation and user authentication.

- Fulfillment & Delivery Execution: Routing packages across regional sorting centers, assigning delivery executives, and completing last-mile drop-offs.
- Real-Time Tracking & Customer Communications: Generating digital Air Waybills (AWBs), dispatching real-time SMS and WhatsApp progress updates, and verifying proof of delivery (POD).
- Invoicing & Financial Accounting: Calculating accurate freight rates, generating statutory GST invoices, processing COD remittances, and issuing refunds.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Preventing identity spoofing, validating delivery OTPs, auditing cargo manifests, and screening against restricted goods.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Submitting customs manifests to Indian and international customs bodies and adhering to aviation security directives.

- Authorized Delivery Executives & Hub Operators: Disclosing consignee name, address, and mobile number to designated riders solely for delivering the parcel.
- Aviation Linehaul & Airline Carriers: Sharing manifest details with air freight carriers and shipping lines for cross-border cargo transit.
- Customs & Border Authorities: Supplying required export/import invoices, KYC documents, and declarations to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Indian Customs, and foreign customs agencies.
- Payment Processors & Escrow Partners: Communicating transactional IDs to payment gateways for fraud checks and chargeback arbitration.
- Law Enforcement & Statutory Bodies: Cooperating with lawful court summons, search warrants, or government requests for crime prevention.

- Right to Erasure: You may submit an account closure and personal data deletion request by emailing our privacy team, subject to the retention of legally required audit records.
